There is a spot on the main floor of the trailer right in front of the slide-out toward the middle that appear to have been wet at one point but dried since.  This floor is made of OSB.  The entire trailer's caulking should be getting some attention to prevent further damages.  The vinyl sofa could use an upgrade as the vinyl is peeling on the seating.  The dinette booth was removed on one side.  The 2 recliners don't match.  All appliances are in working condition for the exception of the stereo that wasn't tested.  This trailer will only be getting a gas test done to make sure there are no leaks.  Again, this trailer is sold as is, where is and comes with no warranty.  This could be a great trailer for the camper that knows his/her way around tools.  We can plug it in for you to go through it.
